UC Berkeley Housing has openings for both undergraduate and graduate students who want to live in campus housing for the spring semester. If you have not yet secured housing, we encourage you to apply for spring housing now. Spring housing assignments are offered on a space-available basis.
For undergraduates, we have openings in both residence halls and campus apartments. In residence halls, you’ll enjoy community, residential programs, and support that you won’t find off campus, as well as convenient Berkeley locations. All residence hall contracts include a meal plan, custodial services, WiFi, streaming TV, laundry on site, security monitors, building entry by card access only, and on-call services for emergencies.
Undergraduate apartment housing options are conveniently located, fully furnished, and include full kitchens. Meal plans are not included with apartment contracts, but may be purchased separately via Berkeley Dining.
Graduate students can choose to live in one of our four complexes designed specifically for the graduate student community. All include desirable features such as single-occupancy bedrooms and are located either close to campus, or near public transit.
