Apartment types: Four-bedroom and five-bedroom single-gender apartments with full kitchens, shared bathroom with shower or bathtub/shower, and shared living spaces.

47 apartments are four-bedroom apartments, and 5 are five-bedroom apartments.

Fourteen apartments are single-story, and 38 are two-story townhouses.

Three apartments are designed for the deaf and hard-of-hearing

Continuing undergraduate students: Sophomores, juniors, seniors and incoming transfer students.

Cleaning is your responsibility
It is up to you to keep your room clean, and work with your roommates to keep the shared apartment spaces clean as well. Taking good care of your living space on a regular basis helps prevent pests, allergens, and damage that can result from accumulated dirt. Review our Apartment Cleaning & Maintenance Tips.
Please note that living/dining and kitchen areas are considered University common space and may be subject to routine health and safety inspections.
