BayPass for UC Berkeley students
The BayPass from Parking and Transportation gives students unlimited rides on AC Transit buses and the campus Bear Transit shuttle, except Bear Transit RFS line.

University Parking

Parking in the City of Berkeley: Street parking around the Berkeley campus is limited, and the City of Berkeley requires a permit to park on city streets. Vehicles without permits are subject to two-hour parking restrictions between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Alternative options include parking in public lots, with hourly rates.

Airport transportation
You can take BART from the Oakland International Airport and the San Francisco International Airport. Shuttle service is also available from the Oakland International Airport and the San Francisco International Airport. Most shuttles offer door-to-door service to the residence halls, upon request. Reservations are required.
