UC Berkeley Off-Campus Rental Services is a department within UC Berkeley Housing that offers guidance on your off-campus housing search. The site includes rental listings and other resources for living in the City of Berkeley and surrounding areas. The service is free for postdoctoral scholars, students, faculty, and staff.
Postdoctoral and visiting scholars
Eligible postdoctoral and visiting scholars may apply for the following campus housing options:
- Single scholars can apply to live in a shared apartment at Intersection Apartments or xučyun ruwway Apartments.
- Qualifying scholars can live in family student housing at University Village.
Eligibility and priority in campus housing
Students receive housing priority and postdoctoral and visiting scholar applicants can only be accommodated after students are offered housing. For details visit:
