Apartments have single bedrooms, large windows, a full kitchen with appliances, central air conditioning and in-unit washer and dryer.
Bedrooms include a bedframe and mattress, a desk situated in front of openable windows, and other furnishings.
Furnished living rooms include a dining table and chairs, sofa, armchair, and nesting coffee tables.

Anchor House Apartments is an innovative, modern transfer student-only complex featuring spacious apartments with single bedrooms and in-unit washer and dryers. Unique features include an indoor/outdoor fitness center, extensive community spaces and courtyards, Transfer Student Center, and a prime location across from campus.

Entry: The apartment door opens into a hallway connecting the entire apartment, that opens into the living area and kitchen to the right of the entrance.
Living area: The open-concept living area is central in the apartment, framed by bedrooms on two sides and facing the kitchen. The living area has a couch underneath a window, an arm chair, coffee table, and dining table with four chairs.
Kitchen: The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. An in-unit washer and dryer closet is located near the kitchen.
Bedrooms: There are four private single bedrooms along the outer wall, each with a large exterior window. Each bedroom is furnished with an extra-long twin bed, a desk with a chair, and a wardrobe armoire.
Bathrooms: There are two split-style bathrooms, one at either end of the apartment. In each, the toilet and shower are located in a private room, while the vanity and sink are located immediately outside in the hallway alcove for shared access.
